My name is Cameron Shetler.
I’m 18 years old, born, raised, and educated in The Bay Area, California – until I made the decision to take my education international. Literally. I attend THINK Global School; the campus: the world, the curriculum: combining the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program with firsthand exposure to what is being learned about inside a classroom.
Prior to adding photography to my repertoire, I was a Mandarin-speaking, math-loving, dedicated ballet dancer with a passion for laughing until my ribs hurt and an addiction to overworking.
I was introduced the art of photography by my friend Hannah Cho, my freshman year at THINK Global School. Since then, I have used it as a medium to document my journey through numerous airports and very real, surreal experiences.
I’m obsessed with capturing moments – finding the fleeting beauty that would be lost if not in a memory or a fury of snapping.
